Checkout Terms
By agreeing to the terms and conditions of payment and signing my name below, I acknowledge and agree that I will receive a Certificate of Completion from the State University of New York Jefferson (the “Institution”) once I have successfully completed the program. After completing the checkout, I will receive a receipt for my enrollment with an attached Registration Form completed with the information submitted here when creating my online account. (Name, Address, etc.) With my signature to complete the online payment, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the checkout terms and conditions for service and/or any applicable payment plan obligations, finance charges and/or monthly payment requirements (if payment plan option was selected) as required and/or collected through the processor(s) leveraged by this site on the Institution's behalf, as directed and authorized by the Institution.
